As part of our commitment to rigorous and relevant instruction, and to the development of productive citizens, Redmond School District is exploring 1:1 (one device for each student) options for Redmond High and Ridgeview for the 2015-2016 school year. This will not only include increased access at school and at home for our students, but a fundamental shift in what learning looks like for our students in the Redmond community.
We are inviting families and community members to help create a shared vision for the future of learning in Redmond School District. The Community Technology Committee (CTC 1:1) will meet a total of four times. Each meeting will have specific objectives that will guide us to a final decision and plan for the 2015-2016 school year.
These discussions will allow stakeholders to share their thoughts and ideas that will contribute to the district’s efforts to provide relevant resources and meaningful learning for each of our students.
The first meeting details are as follows:
CTC 1:1 Session 1
April 2, 2015
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
