In 2004 and 2008, the Redmond School District community passed maintenance and construction bonds to preserve and strengthen our existing buildings and add capacity with new elementary, middle and high schools.

  • Received $2.6M modernization remodel
  • Four classroom wing addition

Obsidian Middle School

  • Received $820K modernization remodel
  • New roof
  • New façade replacement
  • Some HVAC upgrades

Redmond High School

  • Received $11.1M modernization remodel
  • Replaced boilers
  • Partial roof replacement
  • Classroom renovations
  • Asbestos encapsulation

Ridgeview High School 

  • Newest high school
  • Built with funds from 2008 Bond

Sage Elementary

  • Newest Elementary school
  • Built with funds from 2008 Bond

Terrebonne Community School

  • Received comprehensive $5.4M modernization remodel
  • New classrooms
  • New cafeteria
  • New offices

Tom McCall Elementary

  • Built in 2005 with proceeds from 2004 bond

Tumalo Community School

  • Received $2.2M modernization remodel
  • New wing addition for special education
  • Security upgrades to front of building
