For services from the Facilities Department, personnel are asked to click here to Place Work Order.

New users will select the “Create New Account” box and will be asked to enter their e-mail address.  Once a user has an established account, the user will place work order requests by clicking on to “Create a Work Order”.  A set of boxes will appear that need to be filled in with information, some by drop-down box selection.  If a user fails to fill in required fields, the program will prompt the user for that information.  The work order request program is extremely user-friendly and is the same programming used to submit work requests to the Technology Department.

Should a new user encounter problems establishing a new account, he/she is asked to submit a Technology Work Order.
