Marta Rodes is an exchange student from Spain who has attending school at Ridgeview High School for the 2013-2014 school year.
My plans after high school are going to college back in Barcelona, Spain and study nutrition or physical therapy.
What excites you most about the future?
It excites me the fact of not knowing where I will be in a few years, I hope to be studying in the US.
What has been your favorite memory of high school?
I’ve been at Ridgeview High for only my senior year and my favorite memory would be all the new friends I’ve made and also the opportunity of playing basketball in a different country.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about your feelings about graduating?
Thank you so much to all my new friends who have helped me go through this year. I’ll never forget any of you!
Barry Branaugh, Teacher at Ridgeview High School, shares this about Marta,
“I worked with Marta both in basketball and psychology class. I appreciate her willingness to just ‘go for it’. She seems to have no fear and just relishes in her experiences here at Ridgeview. I wish her the best of luck in her future!”
Congratulations Marta! We wish you the best of luck in your studies in Spain!
