$9,140,300

Explanation of changes: Decreases resources and appropriations in the Grant Programs Fund from $11,857,700 to $9,140,300 due to lower than anticipated State grant award amounts, most significantly the Student Investment Account. The decrease in State grant resources was partly offset by an increase in Federal grant funds provided by the Federal CARES Act. Decreases appropriations in the Instruction and Support Services categories, by $1,944,600 and $632,500, respectively. Increases appropriations in the Community Services category by $75,600, for support to our private school partners as outlined in the grant awards made through the CARES Act. Decreases appropriations for Apportionment of Funds by Local Education Authority by $215,900, because grant resources were reduced for our District-sponsored charter school, Redmond Proficiency Academy, in the same proportion as for the District itself.
